Cosmetology Level II (CVQ) Program

The Trinidad & Tobago College of Therapeutic Massage Beauty Culture Ltd. is committed to provide students with the highest level of training in Massage Therapy. We aspire to Graduate Highly Competent and Skilled Cosmetologists with the most current and up to date techniques in the industry.

The program runs for 1 Academic year and consists of 3 Semesters
Each semester is roughly 3 months.
Class Days: Mondays to Thursdays
Classes will be conducted online; some classes will be via Zoom, and some will be done asynchronously.
Classes begin at 9:00 am and end at 2:00 pm.

Cost:

Tuition is $20,000.00 TTD for the year

Registration fee: $200.00 TTD

Incidental charges: $1225.00 TTD

TUITION PAYMENTS

Payment plans are available.

Per semester, you would be required to pay $6,666.67 TTD. Per semester, you would be required to pay $6,666.67 TTD (There are 3 Semesters). You are expected to pay at least half ($3,333.33 TTD) before mid-term exams and the balance before Final exams. Failure to pay the fees will result in the student NOT being allowed to write the exams.

The College will provide materials for in-class use. You are responsible for purchasing books, uniforms, other supplies, and materials for your home practice.

The books and supplies listing will be given to you upon payment of the Registration fee and Incidental fee.

ADMISSIONS CRITERIA:

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be accepted into the program: -

Must be 16 years and over or upon assessment by entrance committee
Must be able to read and speak the English Language.
Must be in good general health, no communicable diseases, obtain medical clearance.
Certificate of good character.
Should possess a High School Leaving certificate or Secondary or Other Certificates and or a Certificate in Beauty Therapy/ Cosmetology Level 1 or Equivalent.
An applicant without number five (5) criteria would meet with the admissions committee for a personal interview to determine suitability of the applicant — maturity, passion for Cosmetology, PLAR and other criteria.

Application forms must be submitted together with the following fees and documents: -

1. Registration Fee of $200.00 TTD (non-refundable) and Incidental Fee of $1225.00 TTD

The following should be submitted in hard copy to the school:

2. A Copy of High School certificates/diploma

3. Two valid forms of identification

4. A paragraph explaining why you want to pursue a career in Cosmetology

5. A paragraph telling us more about yourself

6. Two recommendations

7. Two recent passport-size pictures

8. A certificate of good character

9. A copy of Registered Birth Certificate

10. Medical certificate of good health (you need to obtain a letter from your doctor stating that you are medically fit to complete the course)
